The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Isabela, has received the share from the CY-2021 Collection of Burley and Native Tobacco Excise Tax and it intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P1,290,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 516 Cavan of Rice (50kgs.) for the Feeding Program to School Children of Tobacco Farmers for SY-2024-2025 in the Municipality of Roxas, Isabela /LGU-ROX-SDG-29-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Equipment is required within 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ROXAS, ISABELA and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address g1iven below on weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 10, 2024 to October 17, 2024 from the given address and website(s) below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos Only (Php1,000.00).
