The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its MOOE-2024 intends to apply the sum Two Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen Pesos.(Php256,715.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Procurement of Drugs and Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province now invites bids for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines of LGU Montevista Davao de Oro Province. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period of ten (10) days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 60% of the proposed project for bidding from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat of the Municipality of Montevista Davao de Oro and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 2-9, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos.(Php750.00). 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 10, 2024 at 9:00 O’clock in the morning. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.1.
