Furnishing Medicines for Use in Bemonc Facilities, Rhu, Tb Dots and Dental for the 4Th Quarter in Municipality of Santa Cruz, Laguna Tender are invited for Furnishing Medicines for use in BEMONC facilities, RHU, TB Dots and Dental for the 4th Quarter in Municipality of Santa Cruz, Laguna Procurement Mode : Public Bidding Classification : Goods Category : Drugs and Medicines Contract Duration : 7 Day s Budget for the Contract : PHP 800,800.00 Area of Delivery : Laguna Description : Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years within an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass fail” criteria. Post - qualification of the lowest calculated bids shall be conducted. All participants relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre Bidding4Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (Revised IRR).
