NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION V, through the GAA Fund of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Six Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-One Pesos and Forty-Three Centavos (Php 10,628,571.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR IMPROVEMENT OF SUB-LATERAL E12 STA. 0+475-1+031, STA. 1+044-1+488, STA. 1+501-1+752 CONCRETE LINING W CHB LINING with Project ID No. UPRIISDV2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION V now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within two hundred forty-five calendar days (245CD) including pre-determined unworkable days for the system operation period. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
