Niño, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato throught its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers for the procurement of materials for Construction of Public Toilet to apply for the eligibility and it found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contact: Name of Contract: INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS Location: Brgy. Niño, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato Brief Description: Installation of Streetlights Approved Budget for : Seven Hundred fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 750, 000.00) The Contract (BAC) Delivery Period: Ten (10) days upon receipt of Notice to proceed (NTP) Prospective bidders should have experience undertaking a similar project within last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the BAC. The eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examinations of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form stipulated in the Bid Documents. Late Bids shall not be accepted. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Post-qualifications and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
