Council La Union, San Remigio, through the 20% Dev’t. Fund 4th Qtr. CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Eight-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Pesos Only. (Php85, 860.00) Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for Procurement/Delivery of Various Construction Materials received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically at the Bid Opening. The Brgy. Council La Union now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement/Delivery of Various Construction Materials of the GOODS is required. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents ITB. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR-A) of the Republic Act 9184 (R.A 9184) otherwise known as the Government Reform Act, and as restricted to organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, as specified in the Republic Act 5183 (R.A 5183). Only Bids from Bidders who pass the Eligibility check will be opened. The process for the eligibility check is described in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB. The bidder with the lowest calculated bid (LCB) shall advance to the post qualification stage in order to finally determine his responsiveness to the technical and financial requirements of the project. The Contract shall then be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as use during the post-qualification procedure. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, La Union, San Remigio and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm of July 3-10, 2024. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php500.00). The method of payment will be in cash. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective Bidder or his authorized representative. The Barangay Council will hold a Pre-Bid Conference open to all interested parties on _______at the following address (Office of the BAC Secretariat, c/0 Brgy. La Union, San Remigio. Bids and eligibility requirements must be delivered to the address below at or before @ 10:00am.
