The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Municipal Mayor’s Office CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Six Hundred Forty Two Pesos & 50/100 (Php126,642.50) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for Barangay Development Project( Construction of Genderized Public Toilet) at Vista Villa, Sumilao Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the good/services contemplated in this project and as indicated in the schedule of Requirements and the table Technical. Specification indicated in the bidding documents Expected Completion of delivery of the goods/services is within ten (10) Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). 3. Prospective bidders should have completed within a period of at least two (2) years similar contract to the project and the total of the aggregated contract amount should be equivalent to at least Fifty Percent (50%) of the ABC; and the largest of these similar contract must be equivalent to at a least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 5.
