SOLAR STREET LIGHTS BARANGAY CALABUANAN, BALER, AURORA 1. The Barangay Government of Calabuanan, through its 20% Development Fund 2024, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (PhP 299,420.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF 22 PCS. SOLAR STREET LIGHTS, (BLGU-CAL-2024-0003). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Government of Calabuanan now invites bids for INSTALLATION OF 22 PCS. SOLAR STREET LIGHTS. Completion of the Works required is THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders shall pay an amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 500.00) registration fee to be included in the list of registered bidders of the Barangay Government of Calabuanan. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Barangay Government of Calabuanan, Baler, Aurora and inspect the Bidding Documents during office hours. 4.
