Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Philippine Normal University North Luzon now invites PhilGEPS registered, authorized distributor, to quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the item/s listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.
