The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGANGA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers manufacturers distributors contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FOOD SUPPLIES. 2. The prospective bidders must have completed, within the last two (2) years an SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid that must be at least 50% of the ABC. However, in the case of Expendable Supplies, said SLCC must be at least 25% of the ABC.
