Interested bidders may obtain further information from the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TAYUM BAC Chairman from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 2. A Complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the office of the BAC Chairman and upon payment of a nun-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the Amount of 50,000.00 pesos. 3. Bids must be delivered on or before the opening of bids on November 7, 2024 at 9:00 AM at the BAC Office, Municipal Hall, Tayum, Abra. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms an in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Late bids shall not be accepted. 4. The Local Government Unit of Tayum assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids. 5. Prospective bidders shall submit their duly accomplished forms as specified in the Bid Documents in Two (2) Separate sealed bid envelopes to the BAC Chairman. The First envelope shall contain the Technical Component of the Bid. The second envelope shall contain the Financial Component of the bid. Contract will be awarded to the lowest Calculated Responsive Bid as determined in the Bid evaluation and post qualification. 6. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TAYUM reserves the right to accept and reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder.
