The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ZONE III, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 1, General Fund Annual Budget CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 291,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 18 UNITS OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AT 24 PUROKS OF BARANGAY ZONE III, CITY OF KORONADAL with Project Identification Number: ITB ZONE III: 2024-08-263. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ZONE III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within a maximum of FORTY FIVE (45) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within TEN (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
