The Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), through the Corporate Budget for CY 2024 approved by the governing Board intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 8,825,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
