That the winning bidder shall provide the following: July 15, 2024: FOOD (AM snacks) for 30 pax, FOOD (lunch, PM snacks, and dinner) for 35 pax, and ACCOMMODATION for 35 pax July 16, 2024: FOOD (full meals) for 35 pax and ACCOMMODATION for 35 pax July 17, 2024: FOOD (breakfast and AM snacks) for 35 pax 2. That the winning bidder shall observe the following proposed menu: BREAKFAST shall include one (1) serving/pax of: - rice - combination of 2 of any of the following options (any breakfast viand such as but not limited to egg, ham, corned beef, hotdog, fried fish/dried fish) - tropical fruits AM/PM SNACKS, may choose between any of the following: - 2 kinds of meat and 1 kind of fish/seafood - vegetable - rice - dessert - bottled drinks and water 3. That the winning bidder shall also offer alternative meal choices to accommodate non-pork eaters or individuals of the Muslim faith; 4. That the winning bidder shall provide free-flowing coffee and water during the entire duration of the activity; 5. That the winning bidder shall provide a projector screen, operational sound system, set of functional microphones (wireless included), extension wires, and standby technical personnel as operators; 6. That the winning bidder shall provide alcohol/hand sanitizers for disinfection; 7. That the winning bidder shall provide accommodation with well-maintained rooms, amenities, and a safe environment for guests; 7. The end-user retains the right to reschedule or cancel the activity in the event of force majeure or similar unforeseen circumstances; and 8. That the winning bidder shall receive payment after services have been satisfactorily and completely rendered, papers processed, and inspected by a duly authorized representative of BFAR 8.
