The Local Government Unit of Balo-i, Lanao del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract: CONCRETING OF 150 L.M. BBARRIO MARKET RD, EAST POB, BLN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Balo-i, Lanao del Norte now invites bids for CONCRETING OF 150 L.M. BBARRIO MARKET RD, EAST POB, BLN, this Municipality. The Required Completion of Works is Sixty Calendar Days (60 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Error! Reference source not found.. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Latest Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat of the LGU of Balo-i and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00AM to 4:00PM Mondays to Fridays starting April 01, 2024. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on April 01 to April 29, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 2,500.00) only. 6. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 7. The LGU of Balo-i will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on April 10, 2024, 10:00 o’clock in the morning at the Conference Room of the Executive Building, Balo-i Municipal Hall, Barangay Nangka, Balo-i, Lanao del Norte. Bidding documents shall only be given to those prospective bidders who attended the pre-bid Conference. 8. Sealed Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 10:00 o’clock in the morning of April 29, 2024. Bid opening shall be on April 29, 2024 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at the Conference Room of the Executive Building, Balo-i Municipal Hall, Barangay Nangka, Balo-i, Lanao del Norte.
