Place of Pre-Bid/Bidding : CBO Conference Room, Cadiz City Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). The Bids & Awards Committee through the CY 2024 – 20% IRA/NTA ADP-CDA Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00) for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Repair & Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building, Prk. Bethlehem, Brgy. Jerusalem, Cadiz City”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
