Bethlehem, Brgy. Jerusalem, Cadiz City” 1. The Bids & Awards Committee through the CY 2024 – 20% IRA/NTA ADP-CDA Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00) for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Repair & Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building, Prk. Bethlehem, Brgy. Jerusalem, Cadiz City”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Bids & Awards Committee now invites bids for “Repair & Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building, Prk. Bethlehem, Brgy. Jerusalem, Cadiz City”. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Sec. II Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids & Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 o’clock in the morning until 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on May 31-June 17, 2024 from the address given below and upon payment of a nonrefundable amount for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P1,000.00. 7. The Bids & Awards Committee will hold a Pre-bid Conference on June 4, 2024 @ 9:30 o’clock in the morning at the Conference Room City Budget Office, Cadiz City. 8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on June 18, 2024 @ 9:00 o’clock in the morning at City Legal Office, 2nd Flr., Cadiz City Hall, Cadiz City, Neg. Occ. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representative who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. 9.
