Please see attached files @ Associated Components for reference. Request for Quotation RFQ (Page 1 and 2) for conformity of the Bidder Supplier Bill of Quantities BOQ for conformity of the Bidder Supplier Layout Pictures Terms of Reference TOR (3pages) II. Posting of Performance Security by the winning bidder corresponding to 10% (for cash manager-s check bank draft) or 30% (for surety bond) of the project cost upon issuance of Notice of Award. Performance Security shall be refunded to the supplier upon issuance of Certificate of Acceptance Progress payments shall be subject to retention of 10% which shall be based on the total amount due to the contractor prior to any deduction and shall be retained from every progress payment until 50% of the value of works, as determined by the Bank, are completed. If, after 50% completion, the work is satisfactorily done and on schedule, no additional retention shall be made.
