In view of the two-failed bidding conducted for the project, the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA, through the FY2023 Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos (Php1,879,332.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment and Computer Software for RSBSA in MIMAROPA Region. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites for negotiation to a technically, legally and financially capable supplier for the aforementioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract 50% similar to the Project.
