The Department of Public Works and Highways – Misamis Oriental First District Engineering Office, through the NGA The National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of ₱ 9,212,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25KK0006 – Road Widening - Primary Roads - Butuan City-Cagayan de Oro City-Iligan City Rd - K1322 + 436 - K1322 + 511, K1324 + 909 - K1325 + 000. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways – Misamis Oriental First District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works: Name of Contract : Road Widening - Primary Roads - Butuan City-Cagayan de Oro City-Iligan City Rd - K1322 + 436 - K1322 + 511, K1324 + 909 - K1325 + 000 Contract ID No. : 25KK0006 Locations : Brgy. San Luis and Brgy. Lunao, Gingoog City Scope of Works : Road Widening with carriageway width of 6.70m and 0.30m thickness (PCCP, Unreinforced), 2.50m width of shoulder on both sides with 0.23m thickness (Paved). Includes removal of affected trees (Including seedling replacement for the removed trees). Removal of existing Stone Masonry and existing Guardrail, Construction of retaining wall and wheel guard (Stone Masonry), Surplus common excavation, embankment from roadway/ structure excavation, subgrade preparation and reflectorized pavement markings. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. The contractor shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during the Post-Qualification. 4.
