The DPWH-Leyte Fourth District Engineering Office, Ormoc City now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Completion of the Works is required based on the above-stated contract duration. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DPWH-Leyte Fourth District Engineering Office, Ormoc City and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M Monday to Friday. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 25, 2024 – November 18, 2024 until 9:00 a.m. from given address and website/s below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand (P25,000.00) for CID Nos. 25IF0020-25IF0023 and Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) for CID Nos. 25IF0024 & 25IF0025.The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees through its Authorized Representative or through electronic bid submission. The DPWH-Leyte Fourth District Engineering Office, Ormoc City will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 5, 2024 @ 10:00 A.M. at Procurement Unit-DPWH-Leyte IV-Ormoc City and/or through livestreaming via YouTube (DPWH Leyte 4th DEO Procurement Livestream), which shall be open to prospective bidders. Procurement of this project is under Early Procurement activity shall be conducted “Short of Award” pending availability/receipt of FY 2025 Funds/SAA. 7.
