The Barangay ILAG,San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY THOUSANDSONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN PESOS ONLY (Php 70,113.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% DF of Barangay Ilag,San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Materials for the Rehabilitation of installation of Streetlights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Ilag, San Teodoro now invites to bid for theInstallation of Streetlight at Sitio 1. Delivery of Materials is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of award. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Barangay Hall, Ilag, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders between October 18, 2024 at 9:00 am. from the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) 7.
