The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (1-07-06-010, SB NO. 1, S-2024) intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Pesos (₱60,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 20 units Brand New 4x4 Dump Truck for the Governor’s Office (GO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within [2 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on July 3, 2024 to July 23, 2024 the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50,000.00) as the Standard Rate. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees and it will be presented in person. [For lot procurement, the maximum fee for the Bidding Documents for each lot shall be based on its ABC, in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the GPPB; provided that the total fees for the Bidding Documents of all lots shall not exceed the maximum fee prescribed in the Guidelines for the sum of the ABC of all lots.] 6.
