Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The LGU now invites bids for the Project “Improvement of Farm to Market Road, Abinganan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya-second posting”. Completion of the Works is required within Twenty-One (21) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice of Award. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Local Government of Bambang and inspect the Bidding Documents from the BAC Secretariat during office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders June 20, 2024, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (₱500.00) to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office. They may also inspect the Bidding Documents and obtain additional information The Local Government Unit will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM, at 3rd Floor, MSWD Bldg., Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya which shall be open to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before July 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bid opening will be on July 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the above-mentioned address. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
