Name of Project: Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks with Rental of Venue and Accommodation for use of PSWDO in Meetings with Day Care Workers, MSWDOs and Other ECCD Stakeholders Approved Budget for the Contract: One Hundred Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Pesos Only Php100,840.00 Location: Mamburao, Occ. Mindoro Dept/EndUser: PSWDO Date of Opening: Monday, October 07, 2024 Time: 2:00 pm Delivery Date: 90 Calendar Days Source of Fund: PCPC FUND (1) For procurement subject to posting (procurement above Php 50,000.00, as indicated in Section 54.2 of the IRR of R.A. 9184), prospective suppliers are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) to the cashier of the Provincial Treasurer's Office. (2) Prospective supplier shall accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation (Annex "A") along with pertinent documentary requirements to the Bids & Awards Committee Office, Ground Floor, Capitol Main Building, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro on or before the above-specified date of opening of quotations. (3) Price Quotation must be valid for the period of thirty (30) calendar days from the start of submission. (4) Award of Contract shall be made to the lowest quotation per lot, which complies with the minimum technical specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein. (5) Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall only be valid if they are signed or has the initial of the supplier or his/her duly authorized representative(s). (6) Liquidated damages equivalent to one tenth of one (0.001%) of the value of the goods not delivered within prescribed delivery period shall be imposed per day of delay. The BAC of Province of Occidental Mindoro shall rescind the contract once the cummulative amount of liquidated damages reaches ten percent (10%) of the amount of the contract, without prejudice to the other courses of action and remedies open to it. (7) The Bids & Awards Committee of the Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and condition as it may deem proper. (8) In case of failed canvass due to insufficient number of complying offers, a re-canvass maybe conducted if there is still adequate time to do so without jeopardizing the urgent need/delivery of these particular materials/supplies.
