CASALATAN , CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA 1.The BARANGAY CASALATAN , CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA through the BARANGAY IRA intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php. 351,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROJECT: REHABILITATION OF DAY CARE CENTER . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening. 2. The BARANGAY CASALATAN - , CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA is now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Five (5) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
