The Dangerous Drugs Board, through the General Appropriation Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (PHP 3,000.000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service for the Development of Multimedia Signage System for DDB and Identification No.06-101-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Dangerous Drugs Board now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Bidders must have a complete Single Largest Contract of similar nature within the last two (2) years amounting to at least fifty percent 50% of the ABC of the item being bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.
