San Pedro of Albuera, Leyte through its Bids and Awards Committee invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) lot Various Rescue Equipment and Supplies with Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) in the amount of One Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Two Hundred Forty Five Pesos (Php 196,245.00) through General Fund. Bidders should have satisfactory experience in undertaking this kind of activity within the last two years with an amount of at least 50% of this proposed procurement for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as preliminary examination of bids use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Statement of Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification of Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
