The CITY GOVERNMENT OF LEGAZPI, through the GENERAL FUND CY2024 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS AND NINETY CENTAVOS (P5,212,932.90) being the ABC to payments under the contract for OFFICE SUPPLIES -1st 2nd quarter stocks CY2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF LEGAZPI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Office Supplies is to be delivered within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidder should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
