The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF STA. MARIA, DAVAO OCCIDENTAL, through 20% LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT FUND C.Y. 2024 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR PESOS AND SIXTY CENTAVOS (P 4,379,984.60) being the APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) to payment under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT – MUNICIPAL WIDE located at Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental which will be implemented BY CONTRACT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT of Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental now invites bids for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT – MUNICIPAL WIDE at Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental. Completion of Works is 90 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last eight (8) years with an amount of at least 50% of the contract cost of the project funding, and have Key Personnel and Equipment (owned/leased) available for the prosecution of the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
