Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite now invites bids for the above contract to be submitted at the BAC Office. Completion of the contract is required fifteen (15) days after the date of the advice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
