Intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 800,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of CCTV System (Phase 1) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. The Local Government Unit of Padada, Del Sur through its Municipal Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the Supply and Installation of CCTV System (Phase 1) . Delivery of procured supplies and or goods is required within 30 calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat of the Procuring Entity and inspect the Bidding Documents from Monday- Friday during regular office hours. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on September 12 to September 26, 2024 (on or before 10:00 a.m) from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php 1,000.00 Philippine Pesos.
