Sinalac,Initao, Misamis Oriental, intends to apply the sum of Php.446,317.60being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SENIOR CITIZEN BUILDING. . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1.The Brgy. Sinalac, Initao, Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.BID shall be fixed for two (2) months or 60 Calendar days from the date of submission of the bid. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within 15 CD from the acceptance of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within the last two years with an amount of at least 25% of the Aciform the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 3.Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Brgy. Sinalac, Initao Misamis Oriental and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 AM to 5:00PM. 4.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on NOVEMBER 4 , 2024 from the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the Barangay Office, Barangay Pagahan upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (500.00) to the Barangay Office. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees if it will be presented in person, by facsimile, or through electronic means. 5.Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before OCTOBER 4, 2024 late bids shall not be accepted. 6.All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14. 7.Bid opening shall be on NOVEMBER 4, 2024 , 10:00 AM at the Brgy.
