Goods shall be delivered and inspected at the eight (8) identified Schools Division Offices (SDOs) in Region VIII as stipulated in the Schedule of Requirements, within Sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of NTP by the winning bidder. 4. To qualify as bidders, prospective suppliers must be registered Publishers and potential Distributors must obtain Certification from said Publishing Companies affirming authorized distributorship of their respective learning materials. 5.
