The Municipality of Sibunag through the 2024 MO-MOOE- Repair & Maint.-Patrol Boat intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Pesos (P 145, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 2024-076, Purchase of Spare parts and materials for pump boat of Bantay Dagat. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1. The Municipality of Sibunag now invites bids for Bid No. 2024-076, Purchase of Spare parts and materials for pump boat of Bantay Dagat. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 3.
