The DepEd, Schools Division of Camarines Sur, through the HRTD (PSF) & HRTD 2024 intends to apply the sum of as shown table below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for each lot: LOT 1 to 4 - Food, Venue and Accommodation for the Conduct of the Camarines Sur Division Training of Trainers and School Leaders on MATATAG Curriculum (DTOT) for (Grade 7), (Grade 1 and Kinder), (Grade 4 wave 1) and (Grade 4 wave 2) as Project No. 2024-05-25. The DepEd, Schools Division of Camarines Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for five (5) days/meetings for each lot after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years prior to the deadline of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from DepEd Schools Division Office of Camarines Sur and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., EXCEPT during HOLIDAYS. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on May 21, 2024 to June 10, 2024 until 9:00 a.m. only at the DepEd SDO Camarines Sur, BAC Office, Freedom Sports Complex, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur and the website of the Procuring Entity, http://tinyurl.com/3z6fa5d6 and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P5,000.00) for each lot. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
