TYPE OF FLOUR: Premium Bread Flour 2. VARIANCE: Squash, Carrot, and Sweet Potato 3. WEIGHT: 120 grams per pack 4. Packaging - Individually Packed and sealed in food-grade biodegradable plastic pouches. Clear and readable indication of the manufacturing and expiration dates, batch by District Office, FDA certified if available, imprinted sign "NOT FOR SALE" per pack, and Nutrition Content for easy checking and retrieval if there are contaminants seen/observed. There must be an 5. DISTRIBUTION - Goods must be packed by the supplier per Day Care Center/Day Care Worker. The delivery is per identified drop-off area. 6. QUALITY: Texture, color, and appearance of goods must be consistent throughout the contract period.
