The Barangay Government of Barangay Ticub, Laurel, Batangas through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to bids for the hereunder contracts/s: Name of Project: SLOPE PROTECTION Approved Budget for the Contract – Php 555,138.23 II. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. III. Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar projects within the last ten (10) years with at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 9184. The BAC will conduct post qualification of the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid. IV. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee and inspects bidding documents during office hours. A complete set of bidding documents maybe purchase from the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents. V. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 11, 2024 at 1:00PM in the afternoon at Barangay Ticub, Laurel, Batangas (Office of the Bids and Awards Committee). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms in the amount specified in the IRR. Bids must be opened in the presence of the bidder or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. VI.
