The supplier shall submit the bank details for ready reference Offer/Quotation exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be rejected. (Note: in case of tie in offer/quotation, GPPB Circular 06-2005 shall apply). 2.Please be reminded that alternative quotations shall not be allowed. Alternative quotation is defined as an offer by the prospective supplier in addition or as a substitute to its original quotation. A quotation with options is considered as alternative quotation. 3.This project shall be awarded per LOT; BIDDER MUST QUOTE/BID FOR ALL ITEMS IN THE LOT. 4.Bids/Price Quotations that are within the ABC per LOT, regardless if the price offered for other items in the lot exceeds their respective ABC per item, may be considered for award if proven to be the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid among all others bids/quotations. 5.Any interested entity must submit their quotation in a sealed envelope, using the prescribed form. See “Annex A” not later than 12:00 Noon of 28 October 2024 at the Office of Regional Election Director-Region VII, Commission on Elections, 2nd Floor Taft Commercial Center (in front of Metro colon Carpark) Osmeña Blvd., Brgy.
