The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS &00 Cents. (PHP 147,750.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for the use of Municipal Health Services Office". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil, now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required on the dates of Conduct of Each Activities upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Prospective bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Local Government of Pasil and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 O’clock in the morning to 5:00 O’clock in the afternoon. 5.   A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below starting on October 23, 2024 and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) only at the Municipal Treasury Office, Amdalao, Guinaang, Pasil, Kalinga. 6.   Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below at the address below on or before November 12, 2024 at 9:45 AM.
