The Local Government Unit of Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur through Special Educational Funds (SEF) intends to apply the total sum of Four Million (₱4,000,000.00) Pesos being the Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the: a. Purchase Request No. 200-155 - Construction of Multi Purpose Building at Pogpog Elementary School, at Sitio Pogpog, Barangay Sibulan, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur with Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) of Two Million (₱2,000,000.00) Pesos. b. Purchase Request No. 200-165 - Construction of Multi Purpose Building at Tibolo National High School, Barangay Tibolo, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million (₱2,000,000.00) Pesos. Bids received in excess of total ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
