In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Department of Health-Bicol Center for Health Development , (DOH Bicol CHD) – Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Project of “Procurement of Service Utility Van with Cab and Refrigerated Van” with IB No. 24-117 (Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Bid), in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” The Department of Health- Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD), through the General Appropriation Act of 2024, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 6,250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the above captioned Project. 2.
