The City Government through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested PhilGEPS registered contractors, and bidders to submit proposals and bids for the project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
