FUNCTION HALL * Capacity of function hall can cater enough for the expected participants with space for the secretariat. * Sanitized microphones at least 4 good qualities and functional (preferably wireless for active discussion and workshops). * LCD Projector and widescreen, speakers and extension wire must be provided. * Preferably in cluster arrangement of tables and chairs. Round table is highly discouraged. (Coordinate with the end-user). * PWD accessibility * Space for breakout session with atleast 2 good qualities and functional microphones (preferably wireless for active discussion and workshops). SERVICE PROVIDER ARRANGEMENT * Hotel focal person/representative to attend and respond to the training management needs coordinated by the training team. * 24-hour security services complete with CCTV cameras situated strategically throughout the facilities and premises of the hotel abiding to legal security code and guidelines. * Preferably in cluster arrangement of tables and chair.
