The Barangay Government of Poblacion, through Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 (PHP 80,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for . Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Government of Poblacion Narra, Palawan now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE WITH ACCESSORIES. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the project with at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rule and regulations (IRR) of RA 9184, otherwise known as the " Government Procurement Reform Act" Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/ sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to the citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay Government of Poblacion Narra and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders starting June18, 2024 from the BAC Secretariat, 2/F of Barangay Hall, Barangay Poblacion Narra, Palawan and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 500.00). 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 PM, June 25, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB clause 18. BAC Office 2/F of Barangay Hall Barangay Poblacion Narra, Palawan Bid opening shall be on June 25, 2024, 3:00 pm at the address stated. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted. 6. The Barangay Government of Poblacion reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any prior contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 7.
