Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1. The City Government of Ligao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required 45 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed project and have key personnel and equipment available for the completion of the contract.
