The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2024 - 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of P2,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No.C-037-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
