I. SCOPE of WORKS: 1. The contractor shall remove all the water lilies, and other floating debris such as, plastics, logs branches if any, and other form of garbage stocked at the mouth of the power intake, spillway and low level gates, and in the entire area of the reservoir. 2. All the collected water lilies and other floating debris shall be hauled and disposed immediately to a designated disposal area. 3. Burning any form of garbage wastes at the dam slope area is not allowed. II. TERMS and CONDITIONS: 1. Strict supervision and use of safety equipment shall be mandatory observe 2.
