The Development Bank of the Philippines now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bidders may bid for one, two, or all lots. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 3. Delivery for each lot must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days after the receipt of the Purchase Order (PO)/Notice to Proceed (NTP). 4. Bidders must have completed a contract similar to the project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC of the lot being bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
