The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Office of the City Treasurer (100-02-01-005) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Ten Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Five Pesos and 15/100 (Php1,010,495.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of City Treasurers/Assessor office (Repair of Roof Framing and Roofing) at De Mazenod Avenue, Brgy. Poblacion, Kidapawan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
