Tatabunan, Talalora, Samar 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Tatabunan, Talalora, Samar, through the 20% BDF, FY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Php 350,000.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Reading Center located at Brgy. Tatabunan, Talalora, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Tatabunan, Talalora, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 38 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Tatabunan, Talalora, Samar and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 9 to October 29, 2024 from given address and from website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) website/s below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00). 6. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Tatabunan, Talalora, Samar will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 16, 2024 9:00 am at Barangay Hall, Barangay Tatabunan, Talalora, Samar which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7.
